Completed in October 2012, and 16 apartments available. Accommodation options range from studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments that are elegantly furnished with modern décor and luxurious fittings. The 1 and 2 bedroom apartments feature a private plunge pool on an extended balcony with an outdoor living area.
The Terraces also includes a gym, floodlit tennis court, infinity edged resort swimming pool, in room massage facilities and restaurant at its sister property, Mangoes Resort 3 minutes away by foot. Making this ultra modern, sophisticated resort a must for independent, discerning travellers seeking a convenient tropical escape.

A stay to remember. Jane and Fabi welcomed us with warm smiles and made us feel at home right away. My husband and I booked our 1 year wedding anniversary here and wouldn’t have had it any other way. We booked the 1 bedroom apartment which was absolutely beautiful, clean & very modern. The views from this place are unreal! Daily room service to ensure our rooms were kept clean which was lovely.
