Full meal plans are available but must be pre-purchased for all occupants of the Bure for the entire stay. Under the full meal plan you are entitled to eat in any of the 3 restaurants and enjoy FULL breakfast, 2 COURSE lunch and 3 COURSE dinner daily. Surcharges apply for seafood platters and crustacean dishes and meats from our speciality meats menu.
Reminiscent of the old plantation homestead with its imposing entrance and wide open verandah the Terrace Restaurant is the main restaurant open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Slightly more formal in style and service, Treetops offers an air-conditioned venue for our adult guests and children 13 years and above with a tantalising, A la Carte menu.
The Beach Bar is beach café style offering fresh salads, gourmet and traditional pizzas, hamburgers, rolls, beer-battered fish and chips and a selection of meats and seafood from the grill.
Daily-changing schedule of activities, including complimentary non-motorised water sports such as stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, sailing and wind surfing, plus complimentary snorkelling equipment. Reminiscent of the colonial era with high vaulted ceilings, provides a feeling of spaciousness and rustic elegance. Called “bures”, they are fully air-conditioned, set amongst lush tropical gardens with partial ocean views.
Island Bures, each 33 sq metres (355 sq feet) in a semi open-plan style. With 14 sq metre verandahs, a sumptuous King Bed, plus two single beds in the general living area which convert to daybeds.

Deluxe Oceanview Bures, are each 50 sq metres (538 sq feet). The 14 sq metre verandahs include the bedroom closed off from the general living area where the daybeds/single beds are located. These bures are suitable for up to 4 people, but ideal for 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Additional bedding can be added to accommodate 5 people (at extra cost), i.e. 2A3C (3rd child/person 3yrs and over) where the 3rd piece of bedding is a single rollaway bed.
There are four family bures at Malolo which can sleep up to 7 people. Two are 100sqm (1076sqft) with a 20sqm (215sqft) verandah located in a two story bure (Bures 27 & 28). They each comprise 2 bedrooms, each with a King sized bed, one ensuite and one main bathroom accessible from the living area, and 3 single beds (suitable for children) also located in the spacious living area.
The other two bures (Bures 3 & 10) are 92sqm (990sqft) in size comprising 2 bedrooms – each with a King sized bed and an ensuite bathroom (accessed through the bedrooms), and 3 single beds (suitable for children), plus a spacious 18.75sqm verandah (202sqft).
How to get to Malolo Island, Fiji?
Located in the very popular island resort area known as the Mamanuca Group of islands. The Mamanucas are popular due to their close proximity to the mainland of Fiji, Viti Levu. Getting to Malolo Island Fiji, is easy and fun! Serviced by South Sea Cruises via fast, 150 seat, split deck air-conditioned catamarans. Transfer cruising time is approximately one hour, thirty minutes. The air-conditioned catamaran departs both Denarau Marina and Castaway Island three times daily. Want to arrive a little quicker? Fast helicopter and seaplane transfers are also available.
