Following the completion of its F$50M refurbishment, the Sofitel Fiji Resort & Spa now offers one of the most luxurious resort experiences on Viti Levu.

A Beach Club experience for everyone

The Waitui Beach Club is a sophisticated adult only zone featuring an expansive infinity pool with swim up bar and chic poolside cabanas that prove irresistible on a lazy afternoon. The Club is also the location for the Waitui Bar and Grill, the resort’s new adults’ only poolside signature dining experience.  As the sun sets, the Club’s mood and lighting changes as guests indulge in poolside drinks and canapes while watching the nightly entertainment.

Not to be left out, Nui Beach Club for Kids was created during the refurbishment. With a splash and play water area, climbing wall, trampoline, playhouse on the beach and 3 interactive indoor play areas, it is suitable for children 3 – 12 years and operates daily from 9am-4pm.  Families who have booked any of the resort’s family rooms receive complimentary attendance whilst those staying in other rooms can choose from short term (less than 4 hours), half day or full day packages.

All of the dining areas were fully renovated – the old ‘Salt’ restaurant is now ‘Solis’ – a beachside seafood restaurant. Of an evening, the Bazaar Kitchen and Bar features 6 interactive live cooking stations serving Fijian, Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Italian and American Grill cuisine. La Parisienne continues to embrace the Sofitel’s French heritage with its classic café atmosphere serving light lunches, pastries and great coffee.  Guests are also invited to enjoy the vibrant Suka – a beachside rum shack offering over 30 house infused rums.   

Sofitel Spa, a tranquil precinct that includes individual treatment bures, outdoor garden showers, and a private sauna has been expanded to include Sofitel Salon, offering hair and make up services to all clients. There’s also the Republik Night Club (Saturday nights – 6pm til late), and a Teenage Zone for kids 12 – 16 years (X Box, PlayStation and arcade games).
