  • Diamond Head Suite Prime — the best view 890 sq ft (83 m²), or 1,098 sq ft (102 m²) with the lanai. One king. On the top three floors, with a panoramic outlook over Diamond Head, Waikīkī Beach and the Pacific, and a bird’s-eye view of the nightly entertainment at House Without A Key.
  • Diamond Head Suite 890 sq ft (83 m²), or 1,098 sq ft (102 m²) with the lanai. One king or two twins. Southeast-facing on floors four to eleven, with the same Diamond Head outlook a little lower down. A connecting second bedroom is available on some.
  • Sunset Suite 890 sq ft (83 m²), or 1,098 sq ft (102 m²) with the lanai. One king. Low in the Diamond Head Wing on floors two and three, facing the Pacific and the Orchid pool. Named for what happens most evenings.
  • Poolside Suite — easiest access 890 sq ft (83 m²), or 1,098 sq ft (102 m²) with the lanai. One king or two twins. Ground floor, with the lanai opening straight onto the garden courtyard and the Orchid pool. The pick if you want to step out rather than ride down.
  • Diamond Head Junior Suite 595 sq ft (55 m²), or 720 sq ft (67 m²) with the lanai. One king. A larger guest room rather than a full suite, with a separate sitting area, a bay window and a second Juliet balcony, looking to Diamond Head, the Orchid pool and Waikīkī Beach.
  • Ocean Junior Suite 595 sq ft (55 m²), or 720 sq ft (67 m²) with the lanai. One king or two twins. The same layout as the Diamond Head Junior, facing the historic Main Building, the garden courtyard and the Pacific.

How to Get to Halekulani from Australia

Fly to Honolulu (HNL). Halekulani is on Oahu, so there is no domestic connection to worry about. You land at Honolulu and you are around 20 to 30 minutes from the resort. Direct flights operate from Australia’s east coast. 

Transfer to Waikiki. The resort sits at 2199 Kalia Road, roughly 13 km from the airport via the H1 to Kalakaua Avenue, Lewers Street and Kalia Road. Choose a pre-booked shuttle, a taxi or rideshare, or a hire car with valet parking. No boat transfer is required.
