Guest comfort and relaxation is a priority here and is evident in its spacious 1 – 3 Bedroom Melanesian influenced Beachfront Villas, 6 of which feature their own private plunge pool. Contemporary in their design, décor and guest amenities, it’s the million dollar ocean views from each Villa that provide the real wow factor.

Dine when you are inclined

Eratap’s kitchen opens for an abundant breakfast at 7am and closes at 10pm, with no set time for meals allowing you to enjoy Chef’s sumptuous creations as and when you are inclined. Menus include a selection of local and international cuisine made from the freshest locally grown produce and are served in the restaurants open terrace or under the stars on the beachside.

Nature’s playground

With waves to surf, mangroves to kayak through, islands to explore, coral reefs to snorkel, lagoons to fish and trails to cycle on, active guests are well entertained. And if that’s not enough, there is also a gym, petanque and tennis courts. Those less inclined can while away lazy hours beside the resort pool, being pampered in the resort’s Day Spa or simply enjoying a tropical cocktail or ice cold ‘Tusker Beer’ watching the sunset over the outer islands.

But can we bring the kids?

Eratap is one of the few luxury boutique resorts that accommodate children 7 years + during designated family weeks, which fall around school holidays each year. Children 16 years + are always welcome at Eratap. The resort however, does not accommodate children under 7 years.

One of the resort’s inclusions is a daily return trip into Port Vila, but we suspect that even the most ardent traveller will forgo that option. Why leave when you finally find paradise!
